The ideal candidate must:
- Hold the right to work in the UK
- Bring valuable classroom experience, with the ability to engage and support students effectively
- DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
- Adapt easily to various classroom environments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
- Possess a solid understanding of the primary curriculum, creating engaging, relevant lessons
- Marking and planning are compulsory with this role
- Showcase strong classroom management skills, maintaining a positive, structured learning environment
- A QTS or PGCE or overseas equivalent to UK qualification
