Smile Education are recruiting for a part time primary teacher in the Worcestershire area. Working across KS1 and KS2 in lovely 2 form entry school.

The responsibilities of the part time teacher role:
Keep pupils engaged and on schedule Adapt activities if needed (depending on time, ability, or behaviour) Keep a positive and safe working environment for staff and students Be alert to any concerns and report them to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL) Deal calmly with disruptions Build quick rapport with pupils

for this part time Primary Teacher role, you will need the following:

Teaching certification or QTS. Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel. Have experience working in Primary schools
