If you have a flair for creating engaging lessons and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to the needs of your students.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.Adapt teaching methods to cater to various learning styles and abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a productive learning atmosphere.Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop and implement educational materials and resources.Support students with their assignments, activities, and assessments to help them achieve their full potential.Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and development.Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.Requirements:Relevant qualifications or training in education, such as a degree in Primary Education or a related field.Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.Experience working with students who have SEND is highly desirable.Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and effective teaching strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students’ learning and development.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to different classroom situations.Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.Having a valid DBS which is in the update service.

• Having PGCE or QTS.
