• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (depending on experience/qualification)
• Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported
• Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the success and wellbeing of every student
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extra-curricular activities and school events
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge

What We’re Looking For: Primary School Teacher – Thornton Heath, Croydon

• A qualified Primary School Teacher with QTS (PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (NQTs welcome to apply)
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their academic and personal growth
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to teaching and working within a team
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
