Job Description

Salary: The base salary for this position is £68,000 – £76,000 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) will also be provided as part of the package, impacting the total compensation.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday remote.

We’re looking for a dynamic Manager, Pricing & Profit Management to lead data-driven strategies that balance customer value, supplier growth, and long-term profitability across the UK & Ireland. Operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, you’ll own critical pricing decisions, influence senior leadership, and guide a high-performing team to deliver measurable impact.

What you will do

Pricing Strategy & Profitability

• Design and execute pricing strategies that optimise margins, supplier growth, and customer value.
• Translate data into actionable strategies that fuel long-term sustainable growth.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Partner with Finance to model business scenarios, assess risks and opportunities, and inform investment decisions.
• Own forecasting methodologies to anticipate pricing and demand trends.

Analytics & Insights

• Leverage SQL, Excel, BigQuery, Python/R and other tools to uncover patterns, predict outcomes, and recommend action.
• Present data-driven insights that shape commercial and executive decision-making.

Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration

• Act as the pricing expert within cross-functional teams, aligning with Finance, Marketing, Supplier Partnerships, Engineering, and Analytics.
• Influence senior leadership with clear, structured recommendations that balance multiple business priorities.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts.
• Build a collaborative, high-performance culture that thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What you will have

Essential

• Proven experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or a related analytical field.
• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel (with additional expertise in BigQuery and Python/R an advantage).
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer, supplier, and profitability goals.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights that inform business strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive problem-solver comfortable in high-velocity, dynamic environments.

Desirable

• Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods.
• Familiarity with international or matrixed organisations.
• A track record of mentoring or managing high-performing teams.
