What you’ll do?

-Responsible for making decisions in annual pricing, in year pricing and new launch pricing through using all the right analytical methods, tools, and guidelines;
-playing main role in planning of annual pricing strategy based on research, macro environment analysis and competitor benchmarking;
-working on new ways of trade term frameworks to improve ROI in all channels;
-responsible for mix management by differentiating strategies between channels, customers, brands, packs, and SKU’s;
-leading the implementation of all pricing and revenue management related initiatives;
-responsible for the construction of business cases with the right trade-off decision making scenarios for all initiatives to launch;
-daily work on joint projects with commercial controlling, sales and marketing;
-leading and coaching the work of Pricing and Revenue Specialist.
 

You need us, if you have:

-university/college degree or relevant work experience;
-3-5 years relevant experience in FMCG;
-strategic and conceptual thinking;
-understanding of main commercial business drivers;
-analytical mindset;
-demonstrated ability to work successfully with stakeholders;
-efficient negotiation and interpersonal skills;
-problem solving and proactive character;
-advanced communication and presentation skills;
-experience in pricing/revenue management, sales or commercial finance is an advantage;
-experience in beer market is an advantage.
