In a cross functional set up, we drive and implement different pricing initiatives. Mission and responsibilitiesWe are currently looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our LC&I Deposit Squad to drive the pricing agenda related to Pricing tools used by Business Customers and LC&I. The tasks vary from project-oriented work to more operational execution and frontline training and support.You will have an important role in setting the requirements and ensure that our pricing tools provide the best possible guidance. You will assist users with how to use the pricing tools, how to understand the outcome while working on different pricing projects to improve the existing tools.Your main tasks will include:

• Define business requirements for IT development
• Ad hoc analysis
• Front line training and support

You will be working with pricing tools and data analysis, in collaboration with Tribes, Treasury and in general a broad range of stakeholders. You will engage with stakeholders across front line as well as subject matter experts from across the group. The goal is to create the best possible guidance for our frontline, allowing them to get full transparency in the impact of a potential new deal. This should enable better decision-making ensuring transparency and the delivery of pricing insights to the frontline.Who are you?To be a great match you most likely have a IT and/or pricing background and an analytical mindset. Taking ownership and being able to see the bigger picture is necessary and it is easier to succeed in the role if you understand the fundamentals of the bank industry. We are looking for someone with:

• Advanced project management skills. You are a problem solver, while you enjoy bringing structure into mess
• Firm stakeholder management skills. You enjoy working cross functionally and you are comfortable at communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Analytical skills. You enjoy working with data and deep diving into details, while you are good at communicating insights
• As you will join an international environment, solid English skills are key
