Job description

• Integrated within the Group’s Communications Department and reporting to the Head of External Communications France–Benelux, you will primarily support PR and editorial communications activities. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Press tools creation and updates: drafting press releases and press kits, preparing and updating media lists, producing presentations and benchmarks.
• Press relations: following up with journalists on targeted topics, preparing tailored press reviews, supporting and organizing press events.
• Editorial content writing for LinkedIn in both French and English.
• Identifying relevant awards, rankings, and competitions for the Group and its various business units.
• Public relations: preparing materials for our spokespeople ahead of interviews and external speaking engagements.
• Continuous monitoring of news, trends, and potential opportunities for commentary, along with the development of ad-hoc content.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of media coverage and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.

MUST HAVE skills

• You are currently completing a higher education program (Master’s level / Bac+4-5) in communications, journalism, business school,…
• You have prior experience in communications, gained either in a PR agency or within a company’s PR/Communications department.
• You possess excellent writing skills and are autonomous, proactive, creative, and able to build strong, constructive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• have a strong interest in both traditional and emerging French media.
• You are French speaking.
• Fluency in English is essential (a significant portion of written and spoken communication will be in English).
• You have solid proficiency in standard office tools (Google Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
• You are available for 6 months, starting January 2026.
