Treść ofertyOn behalf of our client, we are looking for a Power Electronics with focus/experience on Electrical TestingYour responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility studies on converter topologies and guide the selection process for the optimal topology, while gaining knowledge on Power Grids applications and requirements
  • Lead the design process for novel LV Power Electronic converters, starting from idea, simulations, circuit design, prototyping and verification of Proof of Concepts; up to functional product prototypes
  • Special focus will be on conducting experimental tests and evaluations on power electronic prototypes to verify designs and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Develop test plans and procedures for power electronic systems.
  • Create detailed test procedures to verify hardware designs, including power converters, inverters, and motor drives.

  • Design main circuits, gate drivers and magnetics for high frequency converters
  • Drive a fast, iterative design process in a cross-functional, dedicated team. Use fast prototyping and lab mockups to close learning loops and achieve results quickly.
  • Working in modern laboratories; bringing up prototypes; evaluating designs limits

Our requirements:

  • MSc/PhD degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with working with laboratory equipment and converter prototyping and testing
  • Solid experience with power electronic converters/power supplies development process
  • Experience with specification, selection and qualification of power semiconductors
  • Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
  • A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • As you will be part of a global business, fluency in written and spoken English is required
