The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development of advanced cell sorting kits based on Droplets-Activated Cell Sorting (DACS) technology.   • PhD in Immunology or Cell Therapy with a strong background in cell sorting technologies.
  • Proven experience in R&D, specifically in the development of cell and gene therapy
  • Expertise advanced cell sorting methods, cytometry, and standards cell quantification methods is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with cell and gene therapy processes and technologies,
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present scientific data to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements for cell therapy products (CMC, GMP process, ancillary materials, Quality Assurance) is a plus.

Specific Requirements

  • Proficiency in the use of advanced analytical tools for cell characterization and sorting efficiency assessment.
  • Ability to design and execute experiments independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with GMP/GLP environments and experience in product development for clinical applications.
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing project needs and timelines in a dynamic R&D setting.
