The main scope of the work is to elucidate importance of these phosphorylations in lymphoma cell biology and identify associated kinases. This will include generation of genetic models in human cell lines, transcriptomic (RNAseq), proteomic and epigenetic (ChIP-seq) analyses. The majority of planned experiments will be carried out in the Department of Experimental Hematology at Institute of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine. The department is formed by experienced and junior researchers, is multidisciplinary and actively collaborate with multiple national and international research groups from Germany, USA, Czech Republic and other countries.
