- Conduct advanced statistical analyses of the POLPAN 1988-2023 data addressing both substantive and methodological research questions
- Produce articles to send to Web of Science listed, high visibility scientific publication outlets
- Collaborate with POLPAN Graduate Research assistants and other team members on preparing grant products
- Assist in running the POLPAN Lab,
a discussion forum for researchers specializing in substantive and methodological issues of panel data and panel analyses * Participate in team meetings and the POLPAN seminars
- Assist PIs in realizing the POLPAN concluding conference
- Disseminate POLPAN-based research through publicly available results and at scientific meetings
- Assist in popular dissemination of research results, including social media outreach.

- Experience with statistical methods for longitudinal data analysis, including event history and survival analysis.
- Proficiency in STATA/R.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written (at the level of min. C1).
- Team oriented with good communication skills.
Demonstrable experience with managing large datasets, including survey projects, constitutes an advantage.
