Offer DescriptionAbout the PositionWe are seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher for a 1-3 year position starting Fall 2025 as part of a project at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Economics, led by Christopher Rauh. This full-time role is based on-site at the Institute for Economic Analysis (IAE-CSIC) in Barcelona.About IAE-CSICThe Institute for Economic Analysis (IAE) is a research center under the Spanish Council for Scientific Research (CSIC), located on the campus of Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). - Conduct independent and collaborative research at the intersection of machine learning and economics.

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary research team to advance knowledge at the interface of AI and economics.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
- A Ph.D. in Economics, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field.
- Strong research capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with machine learning techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative research team.
