Offer DescriptionVHIR offers vacant position for Postdoctoral Researcher within the group on Physiology and Pathophysiology of the Digestive Tract. More information can be found here:Main responsibilities and duties:

• To give technical support in laboratory techniques to other team members
• To coordinate histological procedures for different research projects
• To draft scientific papers and contribute to the overall preparation of research for publication

• Doctorate in Biomedical sciences (Biology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology)
• Experience in immunology research.
• Proven experience in digestive diseases research, including international postdoctoral experience
• Good publication record

Experience and knowledge:Required:

• Strong expertise in Transmission Electron Microscopy
• Expertise in protein and gene expression assays (WB, IF, ELISA, qRT-PCR) and histological techniques
• Expertise in cell culture
• Experience in experimental models of intestinal inflammation
• Organization skills and capability of working with a team
• English (oral and written)
