Offer DescriptionThe CROPS team at the Institute of Radical Chemistry (Marseille, France) is seeking a motivated and passionate postdoctoral researcher to join our team as part of the PEPR MoleculArXiv project. This project aims to develop new methodologies to design ultra-fast and selective molecular couplings for use in the preparation of precision polymers.Within our laboratory, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and conducting chemical synthesis experiments to identify ultra-fast and highly selective molecular coupling methods.
- Optimizing reaction conditions to improve yields and selectivity.
- Characterizing the products obtained using advanced analytical techniques (NMR spectroscopy, chromatography, mass spectrometry, etc.).
- Developing new methodologies, techniques, or approaches to address research questions.
- Writing scientific papers to publish results in high-level scientific journals and presenting the work at national and international conferences.
- Participating in internal seminars and discussing research progress with team members.
