• At least 70% of your assignment will be spent on academic research.
• You conduct research at the interface of chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, nanotechnology, and immunology.
• You contribute to writing funding applications.
• You write scientific articles based on the research performed.
• You supervise master’s and PhD students in their research.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You hold a thesis-based doctorate (obtained max. 6 years ago. This term of 6 years is determined by the date written on the above-mentioned required diploma) in chemistry, engineering sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields.
• You have a strong scientific CV based on multiple A1 publications.
• You are a strong communicator and a team player.
• You have experience in organic synthesis.
• You have experience in nanoparticle synthesis and characterization.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

• We offer you a contract of indefinite duration with a maximum term of 1 year
• Your contract will start on 15/12/2024 at the earliest.
• Your remuneration will be determined by salary scale PD1.
