Offer DescriptionThe GOGL team ( ) is searching for an experienced postdoctoral researcher to lead a quantitative interactomic project supported by the team’s ATIP-Avenir grant. The successful candidate will develop and employ innovative interactomic and cellular strategies to identify and validate protein interactions, focusing on understanding their functional significance in cellular and pathological contexts. Particularly, the selected researcher will characterize transient interactions mediated by so-far uncharacterized short linear motifs.We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology, and proteomics. Prior experience with affinity-based interactomics, protein-protein interactions, or cell signaling pathways will be an advantage. The position is funded for an initial two years and the candidate will be supported by our team to apply for a possible extension.
