Are you eager to collaborate with leading experts at the Crick Institute in London and contribute to groundbreaking research?Join us as a Postdoctoral Researcher and be at the forefront of innovation with Novo Nordisk.Apply now and help accelerate the discovery of life-saving treatments!The positionThe position will be part of the project “The application of neural network to NMR data for better formulation understanding”, it involves pioneering research at the intersection of AI, NMR spectroscopy, and pharmaceutical formulation development.As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will focus onDeveloping and applying deep neural networks to complex NMR data, aiming to unlock new opportunities in pharmaceutical development.The goal is to create innovative methods for identifying excipients with high screening potential, thereby accelerating formulation development processes.Working with Prof. D. Flemming Hansen at the Crick Institute, London, a leader in integrating AI with NMR, to push the boundaries of current NMR methodologies.To make sure the successful candidate is equipped to excel in this role we offer:5-day course in Machine learning in DTU starting the 28th of October to equip you with the knowledge needed,An approximately 2-month stay at the Crick Institute in London.You will be collaborating with other functions in Novo Nordisk, such as Machine Intelligence, Biophysics, Formulation and peptide & protein characterization. (The length of this assignment is 2 years.)QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you have:A PhD in natural science.A strong understanding and experience both experimentally and theoretically in NMR Spectroscopy, while skills within Machine learning, AI and/or programming will be considered as an advantage.Strong communication skills in English.As a person, you are persistent in seeking out information and thrive on doing so independently.
