This crisis challenges us to develop new habits, new structures, cultures and practices. In this context, ‘learning’ is often seen as essential to transform our society in a more sustainable direction.The central research question of the project , funded by the European Research Council (ERC), is how learning processes can contribute to sustainability transitions.   • You will use conceptual and analytical frameworks developed in the LESTRA project and contribute to their further development;
  • You will contribute to empirical analyses in case studies on sustainability transitions in food systems, mobility and energy based on data already collected by the project team;
  • You will work closely with the Principal Investigator to synthesise the findings throughout the LESTRA project;
  • You will contribute to communicating research results in the form of, for example, presentations at academic conferences, scientific publications and publications/activities for a non-academic audience (e.g. facilitating workshops for policy makers and/or actors involved in sustainability transitions).

  • You show a sense of initiative;
  • You function well in groups;
