• PhD in Science Education or in the Field of Educational Research

• Advanced degree in a scientific field, ideally Physics or Chemistry

• Master’s studies in the field of educational research

• Advanced computer skills. Proficiency in Excel and qualitative or quantitative data analysis software such as Atlas.ti or NVivo will be particularly relevant.

• Knowledge of various software for managing research publications.

• Languages: Catalan (C1 level); Spanish; English (minimum B2 level)

• Experience in STEM education research and transfer projects, whether predoctoral or postdoctoral. Projects with external funding will be especially valued.

• Publications (depending on impact), conference presentations, and training in the field of STEM education.

Benefits

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

• Gross annual salary (salary excluding employer contributions): 25.150,44

Eligibility criteria:

• Academic Record – 70

– PhD in the field: 40– International Mention or PhD by Compendium of Publications: 10– Undergraduate studies related to the sciences: 10– Master’s studies in Secondary Teacher Training: 10– Master’s studies in Educational Research: 10

• Computer Skills – 5

• Languages – 5

• Work experience – 20 (relevant experience in research projects in the field:

3 years 20 points,
3 years 10 points; other relevant work experience 5 points)Minimum score required to pass the selection process: 80Selection process:A single phase of curricular evaluation.
