The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team working on a project focused on the development of novel combustion systems for methanol applications.Project Description:
This project aims to develop and optimize innovative combustion technologies that utilize methanol as a fuel source. The primary objective is to achieve high energy efficiency and low emissions, particularly targeting MILD/flameless combustion technologies. The research will involve a combination of state-of-the-art experimental characterization and advanced computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations.Responsibilities:
Conduct CFD simulations to design and optimize methanol combustion systems.
Perform experimental validation of the burner prototype.
Investigate the impact of various parameters on combustion efficiency and emissions.
