Offer DescriptionBiomedical Research in Cancer Stem Cells laboratoryMain responsibilities and duties:

• Lab manager ▪ Give support to students
• Collaborate with other Teams at the VHIR
• Prepare/Organize scientific meetings
• Keep track on results and experiments on-going at the laboratory

Labour conditions:

• Full-time/Part-time position: 40h/week.
• Starting date: As latest 30th September 2024
• Gross annual salary: The equivalent to SBA per year 35.000€ (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
• Contract: Temporary for 3 months

• PhD Degree in Sciences (i.e., Biology)
• Specific training in cell culture & molecular biology
• Fluency in Spanish & English (business level) Desired:

• Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, English (business level)

Experience and knowledge:Required:

• At least 3 years of experience working as a postdoctoral researcher
• Knowledge of mechanisms in cancer resistance
• Ability to lead Master and predoctoral students

Desired:

• Experience in writing scientific papers
• Ability to review scientific journals as reviewer
