Job description

The Department of Management at Aarhus BSS, Aarhus University, invites applications for a 2.5-year postdoctoral position offering applicants an exciting opportunity to join a new research project on how media and marketing influence food consumption. The starting date is January 1, 2025 or subject to mutual agreement. The research projectThe INFOODMATION project aims to increase the knowledge of how media and marketing as sources of food information influence food consumption and use it to develop best practices for food system actors, policies, and regulations to support healthier and more sustainable dietary patterns. The project will identify approaches, tools, channels, techniques, and messages used by the private sector, governments, and civil society to communicate about food (also focusing on vulnerable groups, such as children, adolescents and those of a low socio-economic status).
