Offer DescriptionThe candidate will work on the design of de novo self-assembled peptide microstructures. With a multidisciplinary focus, the candidate will contribute to establishing a fundamental pathway between computational protein design, peptide chemistry, synthetic biology, and the physics of life.● Define the coherent set of (bio)chemical techniques and protocols necessary for the experimental realization of the project
● Collaborative development and refinement of computational pipelines
● Lead lab implementation as a specialist at the interface between synthetic biology, computational design and peptide biochemistry
● Analyze and process datasets, disseminate and promote results and achievementsThe CBS is a dynamic and highly interdisciplinary research institute with an outstanding infrastructure covering all specialties from computational biochemistry, structural biology, biophysics, molecular and cell biology, and offers a very friendly and collaborative environment.
