Job title:
Postdoctoral fellowship (M/F) – Chemistry of nanomaterials and electrocatalyse
Company:
Job description
Offer DescriptionA postdoctoral position is available within the framework of the ERC Consolidator project GENESIS “Geo-inspired pathways towards nanoparticle-based metastable solids”. The overall aim of the project is to develop new nanomaterials of interest for electrocatalysis applied in particular to water electrolysis and CO2 valorization. The synthesis of these materials, combining transition metals and p-block elements, will be approached using methods based on both nanoscience and solid-state chemistry.[1-5] The post-doctoral fellow’s objective will be to develop the study of the electrocatalytic properties of materials obtained for the production of of dihydrogen, using electrochemical and spectroscopic methods spectroscopic methods, in particular using synchrotron radiation.
