Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and talented postdoctoral researcher to join our team in the exciting field of interlayer exciton research in two-dimensional (2D) materials. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge research projects and collaborate with leading experts in the field.Responsibilities and qualifications
The successful candidate will focus on the study of interlayer excitons in 2D materials, exploring their properties, dynamics, and potential applications. The research will involve both experimental and theoretical approaches, including but not limited to:

  • Synthesis and characterization of 2D materials.
  • Optical measurements of interlayer excitons.
  • Investigation of exciton dynamics and interactions.
  • Development of novel devices based on interlayer excitons

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent research on interlayer excitons in 2D materials.
  • Collaborate with other researchers and faculty members.
  • Publish research findings in high-impact journals.
  • Present research at conferences and seminars.
  • Mentor graduate and undergraduate students.

Qualifications:

  • A PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in 2D materials and exciton physics.
  • Experience with experimental techniques such as spectroscopy, microscopy, and device fabrication.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations.
