Post-doctoral position (M/F) : Study of the growth and luminescence of strontium vanadate for optical applications
Offer DescriptionThe aim of the project (ANR LEDVAN) is to study the use of SrVO (strontium vanadate) materials for the development of new LEDs. The tasks entrusted to us will include: carrying out and interpreting tomographic atom probe analyses, including sample preparation. Perform and interpret cathodoluminescence analyses.– Sample preparation for atom probe tomography analysis by SEM/FIB
– Analysis of samples by atom probe tomography.
– Analysis and interpretation of atom probe tomography data
– Conduct in situ cathodoluminescence experiments in a SEM and analyze results.
– Presentation of results (internally, to project partners, at conferences).
– Writing of reports and journal articles. The GPM (Groupe de Physique des Matériaux, UMR CNRS 6634) is structured into 5 departments: Metallurgy-Microstructure-Mechanics, Scientific Instrumentation, Functional Materials and Nanostructures, Disordered Systems-Polymers and Thematic Openings and Innovations.
