  • Design quantitative surveys and prepare results for publication
  • Conduct qualitative research: recruit participants, conduct semi-structured interviews, data analysis and prepare results for publication
  • Conduct a systematic literature review: collaborate in the preparation of the protocol, systematic literature search, data extraction from identified documents/articles, analysis of behavioral and public health interventions
  • Assist in organizing meetings and workshops with experts and stakeholders; prepare reports of meetings with stakeholders
  • Organize public engagement events and workshops to promote health behaviors and antibiotic stewardship (e.g., as part of the World Antimicrobial Awareness Week)
  • Present research plans and results at scientific meetings and conferences
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and articles for publication in Polish and English.

Training in the tasks and methodologies will be possible, but candidates are expected to be competent and experienced at the doctoral or postdoctoral level in at least some of the above tasks and competencies.Requirements:

  • Ph.D. or near-doctoral degree (successful defense should be no later than the day before the start of employment) in psychology, social sciences, medical or health sciences, or other related field (e.g., with experience relevant to the project)
  • Interest in the area of health psychology, health promotion, health behavior change / behavioral science, implementation science, applied research

and/or interdisciplinary research * 1-3 years of research experience, particularly knowledge and/or experience related to survey research (questionnaire design and statistical analysis), qualitative research methodology (including interviewing and analysis), literature review methodology (including ability to critically evaluate the quality of research/articles)

  • Oral and written communication skills to clearly present research Awareness

of issues related to research ethics and open science * Good organization skills and attention to detail

  • Motivation to expand skills and take initiative
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Advanced English language skills (B2+)
  • Fluency in Polish (C1)

We offer:

  • Employment based on a full-time contract for a period of 12 months from January 1, 2025, with the possibility of extension for a total of 4 years
  • Possibility of a part-time contract depending on the preference of the candidate
  • Monthly salary in the range of 9400 – 11400 PLN gross (with full-time employment)
