POSM/Sales Material Specialist  

Based:  Sofia, Bulgaria

Reports to:

 Customer & Category Marketing Manager

Direct reports: No

The purpose of this role is to oversee the overall development and innovation of Point of Sales Materials (POSM) and to manage them – order and planning management, budget control, etc. This role is responsible for negotiations and contracts concerning POSM materials.

Being valuable team member, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

-Responsible for yearly budgeting process preparation of in line with agreed Sales strategy.
-Responsible for the development and production of POSM – on-time, within the agreed budget and ensure that quality is in accordance with signed contracts.
-Responsible for negotiations, contracts preparation, and projects concerning POSM (procurement, suppliers, agency, warehouse, transport, third party, subcontractors etc.).
-Manage and control the POSM materials, with related KPIs. Ensure all processes are followed. Constantly seek for improvement of provided services.
-Prepare analytic reports of POSM written off per POCs, Reconciliation b/w SAP-Schenker-Hermes and coordinate physically stock counted per WS.

-2 years stretching experience in similar position.
-Bachelor’s Degree in business related discipline.
-Excellent PC and English skills.
-Very good analytical and negotiation skills.
-Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment.
