• doctoral degree (PhD) in the discipline of management and quality sciences
• publication record in the discipline of management and quality sciences
• experience in teaching academic subjects in the field of management
• motivation for scientific development
• good command of at least one foreign language, including English
• fluency in spoken and written Polish
• preferably professional experience gained outside the university in the field of management in the business or public sector
• preferably experience in the design and implementation of scientific or development projects in the discipline of management and quality sciences is welcome
• ability to work in a team and to cooperate

Specific Requirements

• conducting lectures with students on subjects related to widely understood management issues, from Monday to Friday during full-time studies and from Friday to Sunday during part-time studies
• conducting scientific research and disseminating its results with affiliation to the Pomeranian University of Słupsk
• initiating and participating in the implementation of research, teaching and development projects at university level
• organizational work for the benefit of the Pomeranian University of Słupsk.
