We are looking for a strong, commercially driven individual to drive the expansion of our Partnerships in the Benelux Region.LocationYou’ll be based out of Amsterdam, and regularly travelling to our other offices all around Europe. You’ll be building and closing relationships with POS companies all around Europe. You are data-driven and can independently manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities, solving for short-term impact while executing the long-term strategy. These partnerships are predominantly focused on embedded payment solutions in Retail, Hospitality and Food Order verticals.TeamYou’ll work closely with the local and central teams and functions. Part of our global Customer Engagement craft, you’ll report to the Lead Technology Partnerships Acquisition and are part of the Partnerships domain, consisting of 35+ FTE.What you will be doingScan the market in the Benelux for potential POS partnerships opportunities, reaching out to these potential partnersDrive the POS partnerships opportunity pipeline in the Benelux regionDevelop and review business and uses cases for new partnership opportunities generated by outbound activities
Take full responsibility for guiding partnerships prospects from first contact through to being a live and transacting partnerExecute go-to-market strategies for the POS Partnerships channel, working with leadership to ensure alignment with the wider commercial strategy in each region (across Sales, Marketing etc.)Represent Mollie at industry events across the Benelux, in order to expand Mollie’s positioning as a leader in the embedded payments spaceWhat you will bring:3+ years work experience in Sales and/or Business Development in either a Fintech or SaaS companySignificant experience in managing a sales pipeline that consists of both larger strategic business development deals and smaller / high velocity deals as well as a track record in managing deals and negotiations first-handCross-functional experience working with various internal and external stakeholders in an international environmentA strategic and analytical mindset and strong problem solving and communication skillsAbility to connect easily with potential partners and build trust-based relationshipsFluency (written and verbal) in Dutch and English Amsterdam, Noord-Holland
