This job gives you the opportunity to become an important part of our journey.We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to join the Product Portfolio & Assortment team. You will lead, further develop and drive Hempel Portfolio Management and be the owner of our New Product Development (NPD) process.Drive alignment of our NPD portfolio to our growth and sustainability strategyOur new strategy will see us double our business by 2025, while aiming for segment and sustainability leadership. As the Hempel Portfolio Manager, you will drive our efforts within Portfolio Management ensuring the needed transparency, so that we will strike the right balance in our New Product Development (NPD) efforts and maximize the value of our NPD portfolio.Your responsibilities will include:
We are looking for a strong candidate with solid experience within Portfolio ManagementWe expect you to have at least 3 years’ experience as Portfolio Manager, preferably from an international matrix organization, and with a proven track record of delivering results. This includes experience with:
