As our Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for continuously developing and driving Portfolio Management in the Area. You will work closely together with Portfolio Managers from other areas as well as leaders and project managers. Our projects are centred around the Aseptic Manufacturing Filling Lines in Novo Nordisk and covers improvement, compliance, drug product, product transfer and CMO projects.Your primary tasks will include:

• Responsibility for the management of the areas Project Portfolio via the Project Management system (MS PowerPPM) including the project inflow process and prioritization.
• Responsible for preparation of decisions and reporting to management based on data in MS PowerPPM. This includes driving our Area Portfolio meetings and ensuring that the needed PowerBI reports are set-up via our Digital Team.
• Responsible for resource capacity management both short and long-term including efficient resource allocation process via MS Team Planner.
• Collaboration with stakeholders regarding Portfolio and Project Management driving continuous improvement and competency development.
• Provide support to Project Managers via our team of Champions.

As Portfolio Manager in our area, you will also be cooperating with colleagues from different cultures, with different areas of expertise and at different organizational levels. You will be working out of Søborg, Denmark and limited number of travels can be expected.Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is good at building relations, has strong interpersonal skills and can navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape.To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• BSc, MSC Degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Portfolio Management, Project Management, …)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

About the department
The Aseptic Manufacturing Science & Technology (AMSAT), Site Support & Improvements (SS&I) is a dynamic area, comprising approximately 150 employees. This area is dedicated to offering site support and managing improvement projects of diverse complexity across our global production sites, with a strong emphasis on anchoring a high level of product knowledge and process understanding within the department.
As the Portfolio Manager, you will be an integral part of the Projects & Improvements department (Projects Office) within SS&I, which is composed of leaders of Project Managers.
