Job Description Summary Drive and coordinate all portfolio and launch related activities in accordance with the legislation, internal regulations, compliance, good practices and business objectives.
Develop standard processes and methodologies to analyze current and future portfolio on local level.
Prepare inputs for yearly portfolio workshops and in alignment with the regional portfolio strategy drive definition of local mid- and long term portfolio strategy.
Ensure business growth thru new launches with on time launches and launch transparency with regular Iaunch status updates in the relevant system/database.Job DescriptionMajor accountabilities:Portfolio Management & Planning

• Future pipeline management incl. coordination of business cases and forecasting
• Lead life cycle management decisions
• Drive and manage portfolio wishes Lead and provide local feedback on portfolio optimization initiatives
• Evaluate BD opportunities
• Act as a key contact person for Custer Portfolio and Regional Pipeline (provide any needed cross-funcional country feedback on all pipeline products)
• Act as a key contact/SPOC on portfolio matters to the local team

Launch Management

• Lead local pre-launch meetings
• Coordinate all launch activities across the entire local launch team
• Ensure alignment on launches with Cluster and Region Launch
• Secure early identification & elimination of roadblocks and ensure shortest possible “Time to Market” for all launches
• Act as a key contact for launches for the local team
• Monitor post-launch performance
• Organize and coordinate launch sign off preparation and meetings

​Minimum Requirements:Competencies

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing future and existing portfolio together with launch execution, healthcare industry
• Project Management toolbox (PMP preferred)
• Great communicational skills
• Assertiveness
• Financial and analytical skills

• English.
