As our company continues to expand, we are eager to grow our team with dedicated professionals who will help us maintain our high standards of service excellence.Position Overview:In the role of Service Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our Polish- and Lithuanian-speaking clients. You will handle service inquiries, coordinate repair and maintenance schedules, and ensure smooth communication between customers, dealerships, and internal teams. Your role will be crucial in upholding customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient service delivery.This is a hybrid position, offering you the flexibility to work 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days remotely, allowing you to balance flexibility with the benefits of in-person teamwork and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service inquiries from Polish- and Lithuanian-speaking customers, including responding to requests, scheduling appointments, and addressing any issues or complaints.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service schedules between customers and dealerships.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication between all parties involved, ensuring everyone is kept up-to-date.
  • Track and manage the progress of service requests, ensuring they are resolved promptly and that customers are satisfied.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to confirm their satisfaction and resolve any additional concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests.
  • Keep precise records of customer interactions, service histories, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service processes based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Polish and Lithuanian (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience in customer service, service coordination, or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest or experience in the automotive industry is a plus, though not essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and general office software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
