Apply today and start your !The positionThis is a pivotal role focused on driving the strategic People & Organization (P&O) agenda within the AM division, impacting over 13,000 employees. Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Independently scope, drive, and implement P&O projects and activities, while providing insightful advice on solutions.
  • Ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders on resources and timelines to drive impactful business outcomes through introduced concepts.
  • Own and link the AM P&O strategy to business objectives, collaborating closely with the VP for AM P&O Function and engaging with the broader P&O community for input and inspiration.
  • Drive projects and initiatives linking to the P&O strategy of both the AM and PSQIT (Product Supply Quality and IT) organizations.
  • Provide support to the head of AM P&O by addressing ad hoc requests, contributing to the team’s overall effectiveness and efficiency.

QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A relevant academic degree in business administration, HR or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, understanding how to plan, scope and execute projects from beginning to end
  • Alternatively, you have a background driving business process execution e.g. from a role as manager or from management consulting
  • Experience ideally from a larger commercial setting
  • Professional fluency in both written and spoken English
  • P&O experience would be beneficial

As an effective collaborator, you bridge the needs of the Line of Business with expertise across P&O teams in AM and the wider P&O community.About the departmentThe AM P&O Project Management team consists of four dedicated Project Managers working with P&O projects across AM and five HR Business Partners supporting AM Global Functions.
