As a P&O Project Manager, you will be supporting API P&O Business Partnering with ad hoc requests, as well as:

  • Lead and co-drive P&O projects and activities to implement P&O solutions supporting the strategic priorities
  • Drive or support projects and activities defined in collaboration with the API P&O Business partnering leadership team and Line of Business
  • Manage overall project management including scheduling, resource allocations, and budget for manufacturing projects
  • Coordinate project activities including analysing designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met according to requirements and schedules
  • Run and develop the strategy process ensuring a close link to LoB challenges and relevant stakeholders

QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who can bring the following qualifications to the table:

  • Experience within project management, process facilitation, HR Business Partnering, or management consulting
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build solid relationships within the HR Business Partner community, with colleagues in the P&O Centres of Excellence and LoB
  • The ability to navigate through the organisation, engage with CoE and other stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and improving P&O solutions linked to the overall business purpose
  • A relevant academic degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

You are known from your high energy, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a production environment, as well as your ability to take a team from idea to result and run the strategy process. You have the knowledge within change management and the ability to turn requests into implementable solutions.About the department
