What will make you successful in this position?· At least 5 years of experience as product owner in digital projects.· Experience in agile methodologies (scrum, Kanban, etc.)· Functional definition of initiatives, epics and user histories, and manage their development and delivery, supporting development team and working closely with Team Software Manager.· Ensure that team roadmap is aligned with project key priorities.· As product owner, demonstrate experience working with company cross areas (Legal, Compliance, Product…) in order to translate their needs/specifications into functional product requirements.· Demonstrate experience creating, executing and analysing business test plans· Have experience in reporting and follow-up bugs detected in customer’s digital flows.· Knowledge in creating unitary tests and doing regressive for the test plans· Experience using Jira and Confluence tools· Experience working with development teams for Apps and Web channels.· Experience in digital banking, fintechs or digital products, having worked in digital transformation projects (digital business) as a tester· Detail-oriented, able to find small and big bugs and blocking issues in customer’s flows.· Autonomous attitude both in the product definition and testing, with the capacity to perform end to end testing, providing valuable insights for the team.· Oral and written skills to be able to communicate clearly the products’ needs and requirements to the UX/UI designers, the development team and/or other collaborators, stakeholders…· Customer focus and analytical skills· A high level of spoken and written English is required.To sum up!Apply to this position if you want to continue being a successful Product Owner surrounded by a healthy and trendy environment!
