Apply now and do your part in bringing extraordinary music experiences to people’s lives!** **Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PMO Manager to support the planning and execution of strategic projects and deals for the Deezer Partnerships organization. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will drive projects within your region and assist in establishing and implementing project management best practices, tools, and governance to help our cross-functional teams deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and within scope.The ideal candidate brings proven experience in PMO in a global, tech-oriented organization, with a proven track record of driving successful joint GTM launch plans with partners on time and on budget. This role will work hand-in-hand with our internal partnerships teams across new business development and partner management to help them secure new deals and grow existing ones. It will require a strong ability to influence cross-functionally and rally teams around a shared vision whether across Partner Solutions, Product and Engineering teams, Marketing, Content & Editorial, Finance, Legal and Corporate Development to shape joint value propositions, deliver compelling narratives, and drive partnerships to completion to generate new revenue.As a PMO Manager, you will be reporting to the Head of PMO and be pivotal in enabling us to achieve our strategic objectives and future growth.What you will do :Project Management:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of regional partnership projects.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to agreed schedules and costs.Oversee the end-to-end negotiation and launch of partnership deals inc. go-to-market and monitor project progress along the way, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project completion.Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as a key point of contact for regional partners and internal stakeholders.Facilitate regular communication and meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment, progress and address any concerns.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project and deal success.

Resource Coordination:Coordinate internal (and external when applicable) resources to ensure the successful execution of projects and deals.Work closely with cross-functional teams to secure the necessary support and expertise.Manage resource allocation and workload balancing for optimal project performance.Performance Reporting:Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and deal progress.Conduct post-project and post-deal reviews to capture lessons learned and apply them to future initiatives.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for improving project and deal management processes.Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to changing regional and organizational needs.QualificationsThis role is excellent for a person with:Minimum of 2 years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on partnership or deal management, or product marketing and product management.PMO, PM or PMM roles at tech, media, telco or enterprise companies strongly preferred.Strong negotiation and deal management skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage projects and deals independently and effectively.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello, Microsoft Project, JIRA), visualization tools (e.g. MIRO, Figma) and familiarity with methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).Exceptional communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to navigate and build cross-functional relationships, gain buy-in and influence across the organization to drive change in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with proven success driving joint GTM programs with partners.Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done.If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you’d still be a great fit for this role in your application!Additional InformationAt Deezer, you can be your true self as we believe that #everyvoicematters.
