This role will be centred around two teams:IT PMO – acting as the PMO Lead to manage global IT project demand, resources, schedules, risks and dependencies, and financials.Business Process & Applications – acting as the Programme Manager to oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of strategic initiatives.Additionally, the position supervises the Portfolio Support work stream within our matrix organization. Exceptional candidates have cross-functional, global experience in an established IT PMO, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience implementing and maintaining MS Project Online (PWA), Project for the Web (PftW), Azure DevOps and integration to Power BI reporting.Role dimensionsReports to Global Head of BPA & PMOLiaise with IT PMO, Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Security, BP&A, and others as applicableWorks with global ERM partners and external suppliers as applicableOccasionally required to work out of hours to support global teamsPrinciple accountabilitiesCollaborates with global partners, directors, and C-level executives to the right projects, people, and timing for the IT and BP&A project portfolioPerforms the day-to-day operations around demand and project management within traditional and agile project environments, adhering to legal guidelines and policiesMaintain visibility and balance new demand against existing priorities including financial planning and costing, resource availability management, capacity planning, work tracking and delivery, vendor engagement and collaborative teams demandsConducts audits of IT PMO and BP&A staff, processes, and tools for accountability, transparency, compliance, and qualityOperates within the IT PMO and BP&A governance processes, supporting both the delivery teams and the business to ensure a pragmatic balance between control and timely delivery and qualityPlanning the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, processes and approved budgets and providing resolution to complex problems, change control and devise contingency plansDiscover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and peopleIdentifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones, tasks, and project health data for the portfolio in the PPM tools

Oversees development, implementation and maintenance of MS Project Online, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps and Power BI, used by the PMO and BP&A team for project monitoring, planning and organisation.Supervises and mentors Project Managers, Coordinator, and Change Leader as needed to ensure they are successful in their roles, and projects have proper resources, tools, and technology to efficiently manage projects end to endChair planning meetings, providing information on new or amended assignments, securing approvals, and updating the planKnowledge, skills and experienceThis is a critical role that requires a strategic, business-focused individual with a track record of playing a key role in business transformation and IT PMO. In addition to consulting, technology, and program management experience, the successful candidate will have:7+ years working in an established PMO5+ years in IT Demand Management, Programme/Project Management, and Resource PlanningFour-year degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experienceA professional and relevant qualification such as PRINCE2 or APMAdvanced MS O365 skills requiredExpert in MS Project Online, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps, and integration to Power BI and SharePointExperience planning and scheduling simple to complex programmes and projects for global teamsExperience of analysing project plans, dependency management, baseline management and resource usage across a programme portfolioProficient in portfolio, programme and project risk and issue managementStrong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationshipsProven cross-functional experience within IT and Business executives and resource managersPersonal attributesAssertive yet collaborative leader and motivatorCore consulting skills in client management, analysis, presentation and facilitation and commercialityTeam-oriented, supports operational and digital transformationA commitment to teamwork, driving results, and shared accountabilityExcellent communication skills written and verbalDriven and committed to see activities to completionHigh performer in stressful, ambiguous, or demanding situationsComfortable working within a maturing organization
