We welcome you to join Danske Bank’s PMO team in Data and Analytic as our new PMO Delivery Lead.About Your Team:You’ll be joining a diverse team of 12 professionals, located in Denmark and Lithuania, all sharing a passion for portfolio execution and program management. Our team is undergoing a refreshing expansion of scope and responsibility. We are evolving into a dynamic entity, forming active partnerships to optimize value delivery.What You’ll Do:In this pivotal role, you’ll:
- Direct the portfolio, ensuring programs/initiatives stay within governance
- Foster close business relations with stakeholders and identified colleagues
- Actively manage interdependencies between programs/initiatives
- Establish robust control over the portfolio cost
- Support in developing and implementing PMO strategy
About You:You’re an influential communicator and a self-driven individual who knows when to stand firm and when to compromise. You bring:
- Significant practical and theoretical program delivery and PMO experience
- Knowledge of the latest PMO and PM methodologies and trends
- Proven understanding of project governance, risk, and planning
- Master’s degree in economics, IT or related fields
- Experience working in consultancy or in an in-house consultant role.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
