– Tracking portfolio hygiene and administrative tasks
– Maintaining learning content currency
– Supporting the CSAT Closed Loop initiative

– Have 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management or PMO
– Have a current and valid Project Management certification
– Are independent and have collaborative work skillsIt would be a plus if you have:– Experience with Google Workspace tools
– Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field
– Supporting the CSAT Closed Loop initiative
