Engineering International Belgium (EIB) is an information technology company, operating in the consultancy area for EU bodies since 2008, mainly in Belgium, France, Poland and Italy.

We are looking for a young professional to integrate our team in the role of Project Management Officer.

You will be part of the team supporting the management and execution of the framework contract awarded to us by some of the most important European Institutions and Agencies.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper functioning of the delivery process and take care of administrative aspects
• Ensure the proper onboarding of new consultants
• Daily follow-up and communication with consultants
• Prepare and/or draft all required documents for the creation and finalization of the contracts with suppliers and clients
• Support the financial department on invoicing issues

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Humanistic or economic degree
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A finisher, able to get things done and be proactive and responsive
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details
• Fluency in English is an essential requirement for this position
• Nice to have: knowledge of French and/or Italian
