Have a look to the main activities you will be tasked with.Job Description:Key responsibilitiesOversee the delivery of the initiatives and projects by developing and deploying a methodology, process and Project and Program Management standardization best practices;Propose improvements to current processes, tools, reporting templates to ensure an optimal performance of the PMO team;Monitor progress of existing initiatives and projects by conducting and leading meetings with all relevant business lines and platform functions;Support the definition of KPI that inform the progress of projects and dashboards that summarise the overall status of the execution of the business plan;Report changes, updates, or necessary adjustments on action plans, ensuring thorough documentation of program changes and outcomes;Support the definition of a prioritisation methodology and its roll out, to evaluate business priorities and ensure an efficient use of resources and reach a balanced portfolio of initiatives;Facilitate project execution by providing area leads with the necessary support from a PMO point of view;Identify and report the operational risks associated with the delivery of Initiatives and projects and define mitigation measures in collaboration with Initiative leaders;Support the reporting of the execution of the business strategy in the required forums;Ensure the valuation of all projects in the company’s portfolio, both protective and accretive, is up to date and informs business priorities, with the support of the project owners (business assumptions) and the NAV team (value impact analysis triggered by those assumptions);Take forward key cross-function special projects in line with the strategy and Board priorities;Identify and manage interdependencies across projects, which may cause unforeseen delays or suboptimal progress.Key competencies and skillsExcellent organisation and planning skillsData management using state of the art softwareAbility to facilitate monitoring and tracking by driving meetings and workshopsCritical thinking to challenge current thinking and propose potential improvementsProficient communication and presentation skillsProficiency in English5+ years of experience (knowledge of the renewable energy market is a plus)Pay and benefitsWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
