We are currently looking for a PMO who will join the project management team located in Paris. You will report to the Project Manager to assist him in all tasks related to project management on a project portfolio.

General Responsibilities:
• writing the project plan
• the organization of project comitology: recurring follow-up meetings with stakeholders to
• collect data and set up reports / project progress reports / KPIs.
• Control, monitoring, and summary of actions relating to the progress of projects.
• Monitoring and updating schedules.
• Writing reports and analysis reports
• Risk and opportunity management

Requirements:
• Holder of a BAC + 5 (Engineering school or university with specialization in the field of
• electronics), you have at least 2 years of experience in project management in a complex
• environment in the field of electronic.
• You have the sense of communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are rigorous, autonomous and have a capacity for synthesis and writing in a multi-project.
• and multi-stakeholder environment.
• Your autonomy and your ability to organize and plan will be real assets for the position.
• You are fluent in English both written and spoken.
• You are familiar with project management tools: MS Project, Office 365
