Join us and help turn business acquisitions into long-term success stories.
Your new role
In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact integration projects across CMC&PS and the wider organisation. You will apply your deep PMI expertise to design and implement robust integration programmes while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across SVP and EVP areas.
Your key responsibilities include:

• Drive cross-functional and cross-country collaboration, aligning CMC&PS SMEs and workstreams across Product Supply, Quality, Finance, IT, and more.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring structural, operational, and interdependency challenges are addressed early.
• Build and continuously improve integration tools and processes, enhancing the quality and consistency of PMI execution.
• Prepare clear, concise executive-level materials and reports, translating insights into well-structured deliverables that inform decision-making.
The position is based in Høje Taastrup and travel will be required.
Your new department
You will join the CMC&PS Site Integration team—an expert group responsible for leading M&A integrations across the global organisation. Operating as a key part of the Integration Management Office (IMO), the team collaborates closely with colleagues across functions Product Supply, IT, Quality, Sustainability, Legal, Finance, and others. We pride ourselves on strong collaboration and partnership, knowledge sharing, and ensuring that integration initiatives are executed smoothly and strategically.
Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you bring strong PMI expertise alongside the ability to lead across diverse functions and stakeholder groups.
We expect you to have:
• A Master’s degree in business, strategy, pharma or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience within M&A transactions, specifically Post-Merger Integration and integration of organisations or systems.
• Minimum 8 years’ of professional work experience
• Experience from a global organisation, ideally with a consulting background or similar.
• Demonstrated leadership within at least one M&A domain, such as Production, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, Quality, Audit or Process Management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complexity, motivate teams, and deliver under time pressure.
On a personal note, you are inclusive, proactive, and thrive when driving structured and strategic progress in a fast-paced environment.
