Job title: Plumber with commercial experience

Pay rate: GBP25 an hour

Location: Oxford, OX3 area

Contract: Temporary, 40 hours a week, long term 1 year minimum

Main duties will include:

* Conducting regular upkeep on plumbing systems, encompassing examinations and fixes
* Removing dead legs/unused pipes
* Identifying plumbing problems and offering proficient and practical solutions
* Addressing plumbing emergencies promptly and resolving them with efficiency
* Working collaboratively with team members and various departments to ensure smooth service provision
* Installing, servicing, and mending plumbing systems in a commercial settings

Qualifications and experience:

* JIB-PMES Gold card
* Legionella experience
* Freezing pipe systems
* Removing dead legs/unused pipes
