  • Bringing Play to Life: Use design prowess to build captivating play experiences from initial concept to final product, ensuring each element entertains and engages.
  • Creating Universes: Develop expansive, imaginative worlds where stories come to life and adventures beckon, sparking creativity and discovery.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work with a diverse group of creative professionals in a setting that flourishes with shared creativity, innovation, and the joy of exploration.
  • Model Creation: Craft detailed, visually stunning models that enhance the play experience, blending creativity with functionality seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Design Expertise: A solid background in design (product design, industrial design, architecture, or similar fields) is essential. Creative flair and three-dimensional thinking are vital.
  • Understanding of Children’s Design Needs: Essential skills include crafting age-appropriate and engaging play experiences for children.
  • LEGO System Knowledge: Familiarity with the LEGO System in Play will enrich designs.
  • Passion and Team Spirit: A profound love for LEGO and a team-oriented approach are essential. The energy contributed will help inspire and be inspired.
