As a key member of the Ascendis Pharma team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing Ascendis field-based users’ adoption of our digital tools in Europe as well as actively provide input to and participate in requirements gathering, implementation and support of new and existing tools.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.You will be joining the Commercial IT team in Europe consisting of 3 colleagues, and report directly to Lene Larsen, People Leader who is based in Hellerup, Denmark. You will be based in our HQ in Hellerup, Denmark.Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure a high-level adoption of digital tools and compliance with managerial goals to improve sales productivity.
  • Train end-users in the country affiliates, follow up on system usage and roll-out additional training to support desired behavior.
  • Engage with multi-tier support to identify and fill gaps in support materials like FAQs to increase speed to issue resolution.
  • Understand sales cycles in the individual countries and tailor training needs to the specific country context.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute end-to-end manageable training frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Capture requirements for existing tools and ensure feedback to your team for product roadmaps.

Qualifications and Skills:You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Bachelor within IT, Communication, or something different but relatable to the role – and min 3 years of experience within Training and Change management in IT solutions and tools.Furthermore, you have:

  • Practical experience developing and executing training and change management in a pharmaceutical setting or related industries.
  • Experience with Commercial IT or Commercial sales in Pharma.
  • Experience with Veeva and other digital marketing tools.
