Platform Omnichannel Manager (PMO)Are you passionate about marketing automation and digital channel integration? Join us as a Platform Omnichannel Manager (PMO) and lead the implementation of omnichannel campaigns, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize processes and ensure campaign effectiveness.Your RoleAs PMO, you will be responsible for optimizing campaign processes and ensuring the efficient integration of digital platforms. You will work with internal teams and global stakeholders to implement innovative, high-quality solutions.What You Will Do
- Optimize campaign processes and digital platforms to improve efficiency.
- Ensure smooth integration of platforms and the execution of omnichannel campaigns.
- Collaborate with IT and GCOs on technical projects and problem resolution.
- Facilitate the implementation of new platforms, representing the end-user perspective.
- Coordinate communication of changes and improvements to ensure quality.
What We Are Looking ForEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical studies or business administration with a technological focus.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation (experience with specific tools is valued).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL), APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (Python is a plus).
- Familiarity with CDP and SDLC is a plus.
Skills:
- Project management skills and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, pro activity, and adaptability.
- Languages: Fluency in English.
