We’re actively hiring Platform Performance Engineers who are passionate about uncovering performance bottlenecks, analyzing complex systems, and collaborating with teams to deliver high-performing code at scale.

What will help you succeed

• Partnering with engineering teams to monitor and analyze performance across components, identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability improvements.
• Driving consistency and excellence in performance practices by guiding teams, answering technical questions, and championing improvements for our most critical systems.
• Automating performance analysis workflows and integrating continuous performance regression testing into pipelines to ensure seamless scalability.
• Dogfooding the Dynatrace platform to identify performance issues and provide actionable, data-driven guidance to R&D teams.
• Contributing to tooling, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing efforts that help teams resolve performance issues faster and more effectively.
