The team you will be a part of

The Systems Engineering team designs new products, modifies existing designs, improves production techniques, and develops test procedures based on considerations of engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand.

This role in summary

Plan all activities related to build release & BOM creation supporting the project SI.

Sub-systems are seamlessly integrated into a product to support the project execution phase. Support on system validation through model simulation at Technical Design Selection gate and validation of full system readiness against product leadership attribute targets at Final Architecture Integration gate.

Your responsibilities will include

Build planner activities

• Organize and track with SI, V&V, Subsystems and manufacturing teams builts for assigned projects.

• Support system integration both in develop and regional execution phases

• Work with SI Lead and SIs to support design/cost/quality/time trade-offs and issues within the project/product plan guardrails

• Support system integration and validation

• Supporting Platform system integration activities on assigned project (time, cost, quality)

• Reporting project activities status vs project targets

• Data processing

Deliverables

• Full system validation through model simulation at Technical Design Selection gate

• Validation of full system readiness against product leadership attribute targets at Final Architecture Integration gate

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Bio Electronic Engineering or equivalent studies

• Project Management experience

• System Engineering – ability to relate forms to functions

• 2 – 4 years of related work experience

• Working in Global environment (organizations and locations)

Preferred skills and experiences

• Master degree in Mechanical/Bio Electronic Engineering or equivalent studies

• Strong system integration skills

• Global team experience

• People leadership experience

• Strong desire to grow, learn and take on new and challenging tasks

• Strong analytical skills, experience in solving practical issues and engaging cross-functional teams of multiple process partners to a consensus

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to meet stringent deadlines; handle multiple tasks

• Self-driven and motivated
